Jessica Simpson: I Don't Feel "ANY Pressure" to Lose Baby Weight

The new mom to baby Maxwell says that Weight Watchers (for whom she's a spokeswoman) isn't asking her to speed up her post-baby weight loss

Jessica Simpson might have joined Weight Watchers to drop some of her baby weight, but she's doing it at her own speed. The 31-year-old mom to newborn baby Maxwell has been seen hitting the gym frequently since giving birth, but she wants her fans know that she isn't being forced to lose weight because of her endorsement deal.

"Just so everyone knows...Weight Watchers hasn't put ANY pressure on me!" she tweeted. "I'm trying to be as healthy as I can be for myself and I feel great!"

Taking off those pregnancy pounds can be hard, although most Hollywood moms have the added bonus of a celebrity personal trainer to help whip them back into shape in no time flat. But we're glad that Simpson seems to be taking a normal approach to her weight loss by just watching what she eats (presumably mostly Weight Watchers meals) and working out.

That's not to say that she doesn't want to return to her pre-baby body. She's said that she and fiance Eric Johnson are going to wait to get married until she looks good in a wedding dress, and she recently echoed those sentiments to People.

"It would be nice to feel comfortable in a bikini, but that's not my goal," she told the magazine. "I just want to fit into jeans!"

Well, with the reported $3 million endorsement deal she has with Weight Watchers, we bet the program wants her to take as long as she wants to lose weight -- as long as she comes out looking glamorous in the end.
