"She is definitely spoiled," the 27-year-old tells Us Weekly. "You should see her closet! I'm like, 'God I wish I had your closet!' Her closet is beautiful."
We're glad that new mom Jessica Simpson is staying true to her word of having a fashionable young daughter. Simpson and fiance Eric Johnson welcomed Maxwell into the world on May 1, and Ashlee says her 31-year-old elder sister is settling into motherhood just fine.
"I am so proud of her!" says Ashlee, whose son with ex Pete Wentz, Bronx, is 3-years-old. "There were small things here and there (I advised her on) that you ask your friends and other mothers (about) but other than that, she's great."
Us Weekly also revealed why Jessica was so quick to join Weight Watchers and start going back to her personal trainer, whom she visited this week for the first time since delivery. According to sources, the Fashion Star mentor doesn't want to still have her pregnancy weight when she gets married.
"She won't walk down the aisle until she's back in good enough shape that she'll look great in the wedding dress she wants," reports Us.
Apparently, sources close to Simpson revealed that she is trying to lose 40 to 60 pounds to be within Weight Watchers' weight-loss goal range. While it may sound like a daunting goal, Beyonce recently proved that it was possible after showing off her post-baby bod only four months after giving birth to Blue Ivy.
We know Jessica will succeed and we look forward to her revealing her sure-to-be rockin' post-baby bod. And, by the sound of it, her hubby-to-be is just fine with her the way she is anyway. Jess told People that she ignored doctor's orders and went back to the bedroom with Eric only three weeks after giving birth.
"I think I have the sexiest man in the world. So that's the rule I break," she said. Go, Jess!
