Congratulations to songstress Jill Scott!
She and fiance, Lil' John Roberts are the proud parents of a bouncing baby boy. Jett Hamilton Roberts was born at 4:20 p.m. on 4/20 (huh!) and weighed in at 7 pounds, 8 ounces.
This is the first child for Jill, who has admitted to having trouble getting pregnant in the past.
"I definitely had issues over the course of my life, reproduction issues," she told People.com. "Until now...it's the most amazing thing that's ever happened to me."
Yay!
