It's...a girl and a boy! Michaels arrived home with an adopted baby girl, Lukensia, the same week that partner Heidi Rhoades gave birth to their newborn son, Phoenix.
And baby makes...four! These are the first children for the former Biggest Loser trainer and her partner.
Birth Announcement: "We're swimming in babies over here," Michaels tells People. After a long process waiting to be matched with a baby, Michaels brought Lukensia home just in time to meet her baby brother Phoenix, who was born in Los Angeles. The new mamas are now understandably overwhelmed, Michaels jokes. "I don't even answer email. I don’t have time to care about anything else," she says. "I want to be really present and enjoy all the nuances of their growth and development. I don’t want to rush any of it."
