Can Someone Tell Jimmy Fallon How to Get to Sesame Street?

The 'Sesame Street' gang joined Jimmy and The Roots in the studio for a special performance

We’ve come to adore Jimmy Fallon’s Late Night sing-along series -- you know, the one where everyone from Robin Thicke to Christina Aguilera to Mariah Carey plays classroom or office instruments with Fallon and The Roots.

But the latest video is sure to be on repeat in any house with kids -- or, heck, any house with people, period. Starring our favorite furry friends from Sesame Street, Elmo, Big Bird, Cookie Monster and the gang sing the kid’s show theme song, using toy instruments with a heavy beat of cuteness.

With Fallon on wood block and Casio keyboard, Elmo on vocals, Cookie Monster on banana shaker (which, of course, he eats), Abby Cadabby on toy guitar and the Count, well, counting, how could you go wrong?

And because Fallon always seems to manage to up the coolness factor, the Muppets tune gets a fresh rap from Black Thought of The Roots, sure to be an instant classic:

"Okay, you heard about, through word of mouth, Big Bird is out, he's in the house, he turnin' up, with Snuffleup. They really gettin' their hustle up, because they stick together like Velcro, there Grover go, there's Elmo, and Cookie Monster. Look, he likes to take selfies with his cell phone. They got a homegirl named Abby, her last name is Cadabby, I showed her my report card, she said, 'Not too shabby!' They got all types of cool kids there, it's lots of fun if you live there, but one thing I keep, forgettin' about Sesame Street: How do you get there?"

Learn it. Live it. Love it.
