Doctor Conrad Murray has been the one person held most responsible for Michael Jackson's utimely death last June. The physician, who has been charged with manslaughter, is due back in court Monday for a pretrial hearing "that will determine whether he goes to trial and whether he can continue to practice medicine in California," KTLA reports.

But, while many continue to point the finger at Murray, Jackson's own father Joe Jackson is turning the blame on his wife, Katherine Jackson. In an interview with News of the World, Joe claims towards the end of Michael's life that Katherine refused to visit him, fearing she was "invading his privacy." Joe claims the two argued about it a few times and warned her that Michael "ain't gonna be with us too long."

Joe said he felt Katherine visiting Michael would have cheered the ailing pop star and his mother's presence would have made him "more relaxed." He went on to reveal that he told Katherine after Michael died, "I said this would have never happened if you had went and been with him."

But on Monday, Joe distanced himself for his earlier comments. "Katherine did not kill my son," he told PopEater. "She isn't at fault."

Some closest to the late singer are already speaking in Katherine's defense, including Dr. Arnold Klein, a man TMZ calls "probably the closest to Michael." Klein told TMZ: "Michael was very close to Katherine, but Joe talked to him too, but all Joe ever wanted to talk about was business. Everything Joe utters is nonsensical."

Recently, it was revealed that Michael's three children -- Prince, 13, Paris, 12, and Blanket, 8 -- were awarded 40 percent of his estate: $33 million each (which will be doled out to them after age 30, according to the terms of the Jackson Family Trust).  And when Michael's mom dies, he children -- who are under her care -- will inherit her share (around $99 million).
