Jon Gosselin is getting a reputation as a motor-mouth, and now he's becoming known for motoring above the speed limit.
Apparently the reality-TV star was caught speeding near Allentown, PA -- and not just a little bit.
According to TMZ, Gosselin was ticketed for driving at 78.3 miles per hour in a 55 m.p.h. zone. (The reason the number is so precise is because the gossip site had a look at the actual citation Jon was issued by police.)
Though he was doing more than 20 miles-per-hour above the legal limit, he is said to have "cooperated with cops," which might explain the relatively low fine of $165.
No word on the destination he needed to get to so quickly, but today he told E! News that he's very happy with his girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, and "she's with me in Pennsylvania for the first time!"
Perhaps he was speeding away from his soon-to-be-ex-wife, Kate Gosselin, who, according to Radar Online, is "beyond angry" with Jon for his recent disparaging statements about her.
