Every time our opinion of Jon Gosselin starts to improve, he does something else that makes us smack our foreheads and groan. This latest one is a doozy: It's a home video of Gosselin and ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman... seemingly stoned out of their minds.
Taken last summer (but posted by RadarOnline on Tuesday), the movie shows the couple hanging out on a balcony in France, turning the camera on each other and cracking juvenille jokes. We don't see them doing drugs, but Radar's source says that they'd just smoked spliffs (cigarettes rolled with tobacco and marijuana) and downed champagne. We actually hope they're high in the video, because good luck to the eight Gosselin kids if Jon acts this immature when he's sober. Here are some of the highlights of the clip:
- Jon zooms the video camera into Hailey's cleavage.
- Jon and Hailey talk about how dumb French people are.
- Jon puts an unlit cigarette up his nose and says, "I'm going to put cigarettes in every orifice of my body."
- Hailey and Jon talk about how he's been farting a lot.
Charming, huh? So we know that this video was taken during Jon Gosselin's post-separation rebellious phase, when he made a point of embarrassing himself in public about every 10 minutes. And we know that Glassman has a bit of a vendetta against him. Therefore it's possible that Jon has actually turned over a new leaf by now, ditching the drugs and the Ed Hardy T-shirts for good. But the fact remains that he took a video of himself seemingly stoned. Jon may be a recent bachelor, but he's also a father of eight. Not to mention that he's a veteran reality star -- meaning of all people, Jon Gosselin should know that nothing you do on camera is really private. We hope he's learned his lesson. And for the sake of his children, we hope there are no other tapes out there of Jon doing anything else embarrassing.
