We wouldn't pay a dollar for time with Jon Gosselin, but apparently the dad of eight thinks there are people who would shell out a buck -- and much more -- to have him grace their presence. According to TMZ.com, Jon demanded something like $12,000 an hour to appear on a Florida radio show.
The host of Tampa's MJ Morning Show said that he contacted Jon's rep with a request to book the reality star of his show. They offered Jon two first class round trip plane tickets, a limo, and a "first class" hotel room – but Jon wanted more. A lot more. The rep asked that Jon receive an "appearance fee ... in the 10-12K range."
"[Jon's] name and appearance on your show will instantly draw press ... and will be a high point for the show," Jon's people insisted. The rep also toted Jon as "quite funny, sharp witted and interesting."
The morning show host said he "fell out of his chair" when he read the demand. We guess Jon is a hot commodity these days, but is he worth 10 grand?
