Given that she's 24 years younger and almost a foot taller, you might think that Queen Latifah could handily defeat Dolly Parton in a fist fight. But in their new movie Joyful Noise, the 65-year-old country icon proves that she's tougher than she looks!

"In my days growing up, I admired my hero, singer Dolly Parton. Never did I think I'd grow up to fight Dolly Parton," says Queen Latifah, 41. "It's probably the only time I've ever lost a fight in a movie -- only to Dolly Parton!"

iVillage got its hands on an exclusive clip from the musical film, which hits theaters Jan. 13. Watch below as the two costars duke it out!
