“If I don’t want to work out, I tell myself to walk for five minutes. That will get my heart rate up and my metabolism going. I tell myself if I’m not feeling well, I can stop after five minutes. But usually if I do five minutes, I usually want to do 10 and after 10 minutes, I usually want to do 20. Small doses of fitness trick us into doing more. It’s all about small doses and consistency.”
