No surprises here, really. Two of music biggest names have tied for the most nominations at this year's upcoming MTV Video Music Awards. Former boy band-er Justin Timberlake and former girl band-er Beyonce can thank their ex-group members for letting them go solo. Each music superstar grabbed a total of seven nominations, which were announced today on Total Request Live. Rhianna and Kanye West tied for second with five noms each, while skinny-mini Amy Winehouse snagged three. Those up for the biggest award of the night, Video of the Year are: J.T.'s "What Goes Around ... Comes Around," Beyonce's "Irreplaceable," Kanye's "Stronger," Rihanna's "Umbrella," Amy's "Rehab" and Justice's "D.A.N.C.E."
The awards extravaganza, which will include four new categories this year, will broadcast live from the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas at 9 p.m. on Sept. 9.
