Justin Bieber could probably do a wicked version of Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean" right now, because he's basically saying "the kid is not my son" to a woman who claims he fathered her 3-month-old baby.
The "Baby" singer -- who's currently promoting his new Christmas album and happily dating actress Selena Gomez -- is being sued for paternity by 20-year-old Mariah Yeater, who claims she had sex with Bieber at an L.A. show about a year ago and then gave birth to his baby boy three months ago, Us Weekly reports.
But the 17-year-old superstar is crying foul. On the same night JB appeared on Dancing with the Stars, his reps released a statement slamming the allegations:
"While we haven't yet seen THE LAWSUIT, it's sad that someone would fabricate, malicious, defamatory AND demonstrably false claims. We WILL VIGOROUSLY PURSUE all available legal remedies to DEFEND AND protect Justin against THESE ALLEGATIONS."
According to Star magazine, Yeater is suing for financial support from the millionaire pop sensation.
No word yet on whether the Bieber will legally have to submit to the paternity test, but we just hope the scandal doesn't put a wrench in his relationship with Gomez. Those two are just so darn cute together!
