Justin Theroux is a man of many talents. He acts, he writes and he directs -- but did you know he also break-dances?
Neither, apparently, did his girlfriend Jennifer Aniston until she rewatched Zoolander and saw Theroux showing off his special talents. Since then, she's apparently been obsessed with her beau's underappreciated skill, and makes him do it at the drop of a hat. Watch the video below for a look at 40-year-old Theroux busting out his moves during a visit to The Ellen DeGeneres Show (airing Wednesday).
"When my girlfriend -- I don't know if any of you guys know her -- she just recently celebrated her birthday. And ever since she saw Zoolander, she's been obsessed with making me break-dance -- like literally obsessed with it," Theroux told Ellen DeGeneres of Aniston, 43. "I break-danced at a friend's wedding. So she's been saying, 'When are you going to break-dance?'"
It got to the point where Theroux had to come up with a way to stop his Wanderlust costar from constantly demanding that he bust a move. So Theroux decided to invent a rule where he needs to have his "breaking shoes" on in order to dance. Unfortunately, that didn't stymie Aniston for long.
On her 43rd birthday (Feb. 11) Aniston tried to request a break-dancing session from Theroux in front of all of her friends. He refused, but Aniston didn't give up.
"We got home that night," Theroux recounted. "It was late, and she literally came out with a pair of shoes, my actual 'breaking shoes.' After the whole thing, she said, 'Put on the shoes. Break-dance.'"
An just in case Theroux thought he was going to get away with not showing off his dancing aptitude on Ellen, Aniston sent said breaking shoes to DeGeneres with a note that read, "Ellen, I thought Justin might need these." Judging by the video above, Justin did indeed. Not bad for a 40-year-old!
