Although Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have yet to officially confirm their engagement, there's one family member who managed to let the news slip: his grandma!
Timberlake's grandmother Sadie Bomar reportedly confirmed to Gossip Con that her famous grandson had proposed to Biel, 29, his on-again, off-again girlfriend of more than four years.
"He called me on Christmas Day and told me he's engaged," she said, adding that her grandson, 30, asked her not to discuss the engagement "until after the holidays."
Perhaps Grandma thought she was in the clear now that it's after New Year's, because she also shared that "the family loves Jessie. She's a very sweet girl."
Slightly conflicting reports have surfaced about where and when the proposal took place, with a People source claiming it happened on a Montana vacation while Us Weekly originally reported that Timberlake had popped the question in the resort town of Jackson Hole, Wyo.
"Justin knows how much she loves snowboarding and the mountains, so it was the perfect place," one insider told Us Weekly.
So the details of the engagement may remain unclear, but one thing seems certain: Timberlake will soon be a married man. (Sorry, ladies!)
