A little bit country, a little bit rock 'n' roll -- that's the limited-edition collection by William Rast for Target. The bullseye company recently partnered with the celeb-fave denim brand (co-founded by Trace Ayala and Justin Timberlake) on an affordable range of jeans, jackets and casual wear for men and women. The collection will debut this Sunday at Target stores.
The women's fashions feature feminine tailoring, but with a tomboy edge. Think June Carter Cash circa now. While the men's pieces favor classic American style with well-worn ruggedness.
My must-get look includes a comfy gray sweatshirt emblazoned with the American flag (pictured, $29.99) layered over a pink plaid shirt (pictured, $34.99) worn with black jeggings (pictured, $39.99). For a pared-down outfit, try the simple pink silk blouse (pictured, $34.99) with ponte leggings (pictured, $39.99). Bow tie optional! Other items to add to your shopping cart this weekend: The fitted ponte vest (pictured, $39.99), the body-conscious high-waisted skirt with embellishments (pictured, $39.99) and the fringed black leather jacket ($199.99).
The guys can get down and dirty (without actually stepping into the garage) when they throw on a pair of the brand's straight-leg jeans, complete with oil stains (pictured, $49.99).
The collection ranges in price from $16.99 to $199.99, and will be available from December 19 through January 22, 2011 at most Target stores and on Target.com.
