Kanye West isn't gettin off scot-free for his little airport tirade last September.
Kanye has been charged with three criminal misdemeanors -- vandalism, battery, and grand theft -- after he broke the camera of a photog at LAX. His literal partner in crime, Don Crowley, doubled that -- getting charged with six crimes -- 2 counts of vandalism, 2 counts of battery and 2 counts of grand theft -- 'cause apparently the other dude did more damage than Kanye.
Of course TMZ.com had the exclusive story on this first -- it was their cameraman that was one of the victims in the equipment-smashing ordeal.
Both men are set to be arraigned on April 14, and Kanye could get 2 1/2 years in jail if he's convicted for all the crimes.
I'm sure he'll just get probation and have to take some anger-management classes. Which, in the case, would be quite the blessing. Doesn't Kanye seem like the most miserable guy on the planet?
