Usually calling a woman a "bitch" isn't exactly the way to win her over. But apparently Kanye West woos his ladies a little differently than your average guy.
On Saturday night, the rapper treated the crowd at PH-D Rooftop Lounge in New York City to a sample of some new music from his upcoming album Cruel Summer (due out on Sept. 4). Kanye, 35, arrived at the club in the Meatpacking District around 1:30 a.m. with pal Leonardo DiCaprio. After canoodling with a table of models, he ventured over to the deejay booth and began playing unreleased tracks from his laptop.
A source tells New York Daily News that one particularly song, which included the phrase "perfect bitch" in the chorus, excited the audience. "(He raps) verses about his search for the perfect woman and how he has now found the 'perfect bitch,'" another insider said, adding that the lyrics included descriptions of the killer curves that girlfriend Kim Kardashian is known for.
But if there was any confusion over the matter, Kanye took to Twitter to clear it up. "I wrote the song Perfect Bitch about Kim," he posted on Aug. 7. Clearly Kanye means the title as a term of an endearment. But whether or not Kim actually likes being referred to this way is yet to be confirmed!
