Kara DioGuardi is taking a page from pal Ryan Seacrest and has snagged her own Saturday radio show on Clear Channel's L.A.-based 104.3 MYfm.
"I am absolutely thrilled to be on air giving my take on some of the great music out there," the American Idol judge said.
In addition to giving her weekly opinion on the Idol kids, DioGuardi produces and writes music, and will, no doubt, be using her airtime to promote the talents of some of her up-and-coming artists. She is currently responsible for Jason Derulo's platinum-selling "In My Head," which plays on a loop in our heads.
DioGuardi's show will air Saturdays from 2 to 6 p.m.
