Actress Kate Beckinsale was hospitalized in Memphis over the weekend. Kate, who is currently filming Nothing But The Truth, with Matt Dillon and David Schwimmer, had originally gone to the hospital for her assistant, who had sprained her ankle. While there, Kate asked to be checked out, complaining of a constant numbness in her left arm and leg. According to WENN, doctors concluded the star was suffering from exhaustion. Interesting.
