If you thought you'd seen the last of Kate Gosselin's sad-robot dancing, think again: she's coming back to Dancing with the Stars. The super-competitive, rhythmically challenged reality star has announced on her TLC blog that she's returning for DWTS' finale episodes on May 24 and 25. And what's more, she misses dancing!
Gosselin, 35, blogged about a day with her kids that made her realize how much she enjoyed the DWTS experience. "I was playing dress up with the kids," she wrote. "I was forced to judge the contest in a dancing manner. Unlike judges who shall remain nameless, each costumed child received an exuberant 'TEN!!!' from the mother judge."
Just then, Gosselin wrote, she looked over at her six pairs of dancing shoes collecting dust, and started to tear up. "Ohhh suddenly I missed EVERYTHING about dancing -- not only the friends I have made and stay in touch with almost daily, but also learning the steps and even the fear of sudden death that the dance floor caused me!" Can't blame her for being nostalgic; after all, her ancient history Dancing with the Stars days were, what, two weeks ago? Gosselin concluded her blog entry by promising "one more dance" before the season ends.
Another fan favorite returning to DWTS: pro dancer Julianne Hough, who announced she will be returning to the series for season 11 this fall. Hough left two seasons ago to focus on her country-music career, which apparently hasn't taken off as much as she'd hoped. But on DWTS, Hough has an excellent track record, taking home the mirror-ball trophy twice, with Apolo Ohno and Helio Castroneves.
