Kate Gosselin has criticized ex-hubby Jon for sharing too much information with the media. But Kate hasn't exactly kept her mouth shut either.
Such was the case when the reality TV mega-celeb sat down with Today show's Natalie Morales for a one-hour interview special, airing tonight on TLC (the channel that's home to Jon & Kate Plus 8).
Among the topics of conversation are how she's coping with all the attention, her own alleged infidelity and how her highly publicized breakup is affecting her other personal relationships.
"When you look around and very close, trusted people you'd swear on your life would never 'cash you in,' for lack of better word, when people leave your house and tell completely different stories," Kate tells Natalie, "you tend not to trust people."
The mom of eight didn't hide her emotions during the interview. When Morales asked Kate how she's doing with all the drama, Kate said through tears: "I'm awake, in the middle of the night, thinking: 'Am I making the best decision?'"
Jon Gosselin hasn't been shying away from the spotlight, either. On Sunday he took a public meeting with "celebrity rabbi" and former Michael Jackson adviser Shumley Boteach, wherein he described what he's been going through.
"It's hard for a man to stay home for two years and change diapers and make meals and deal with doctor appointments -- all the things you expect your wife to do," Jon told press gathered at the New York synagogue where he met with Rabbi Boteach.
As for the rumors of her own fidelity, Kate says her alleged affair with a Gosselin bodyguard is nothing more than "an outrageous claim."
The TLC special, Kate: Her Story, will air tonight at 9 p.m.
