No one wears a miniskirt quite like Kate Hudson. Popping up front row at the Burberry fashion show in London recently (pictured), the actress was the envy of other fashionistas with her defined gams. But the jet-setting actress doesn't stay in shape by being a gym rat: Instead, she maximizes her workout with Los Angeles-based trainer Ashley Conrad with 60-minute non-stop workouts five to six times a week that Conrad says burns more than 1,000 calories per workout. To get leggy like Kate, dedicate 15 to 20 minutes of your workout to marching kicks, explosive jumps and other agility drills followed by climbing the treadmill at an incline for up to 15 minutes. Bring on the miniskirts!
