Kate Walsh is saying "no cash for you" to ex Alex Young.
The couple split in December 2008, just 15 months after getting married, and now the Private Practice star is trying to stop a court from awarding her estranged hubby any alimony.
Alex filed for divorce first, claiming "irreconcilable differences," while Kate counterfiled two weeks later, saying the relationship ended five days earlier than Alex listed.
Now Kate has filed more papers in a California court, in an attempt to stop Alex from getting any spousal support. The actress also reportedly asked the court to give her legal team more time to evaluate her property assets.
