'7th Heaven' Star Stephen Collins Is Getting Divorced!

Through their lawyer, Kate Winslet and writer-director Sam Mendes announced on March 15 that they have amicably split after nearly seven years of marriage: "Kate and Sam are saddened to announce that they separated earlier this year," attorney Keith Schilling said in a statement. The Oscar-winning actress (for 2008's The Reader) and the Oscar-winning director (for 1999's American Beauty) married in a Caribbean wedding in May 2003 and have one son together, 6-year-old Joe. (Winslet has a 9-year-old daughter, Mia, from her previous marriage to assistant director Jim Threapleton.)
