From Vanessa Hudgens to Christina Aguilera, celebrities are often the subjects of naked photo scandals. But usually the naughty pics are leaked without their consent by third parties -- not by the stars themselves!
But, as always, Kathy Griffin does things her own way.
The funny lady, who's currently vacationing in Florida, twittered a topless pic of herself Tuesday afternoon. "Haha I did NOT stage this photo, BUT if one is in @Gloriaestefan's yard, one will b 'papped'!" Griffin wrote, after posting the revealing pic (above) -- which has a an Unrated Perez watermark. (About an hour later, the photo was taken down from TwitPic.com -- but Griffin's original tweet remains.)
It seems Griffin, 50, was unknowingly caught on camera by the paparazzi. But instead of crying about her bad luck, she decided to take control of the situation by putting the photo out there herself. (Unless she really did stage the photo. Hey, it wouldn't be the craziest thing she's done!)
So was it tacky of Griffin to shamelessly promote the naked photo via Twitter? Or was making light of the situation the best strategy? Either way, she's clearly proud of her body. And why not? She looks pretty darn good!
