    1 whole chicken, cooked and boned 1 cup self rising flour
    1 can cream of celery soup 1 cup milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup 1 teaspoon baking powder
    2/3 cup chicken broth 1 stick margarine
    1 cup peas and carrots (optional)

      Grease 9- by 13-inch casserole dish. Place chicken, soup and broth, and vegetable into casserole. Mix crust ingredients and pour over the chicken mixture evenly.
