The "Hot N Cold" singer paid homage to Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory with a themed party in Los Angeles that left attendees, including boyfriend Russell Brand, splatted with multi-colored paint on Saturday night. The singer even donned Oompa-Loompa painted nails that she showed off on her Twitter page.
