Katy Perry is splitting from Russell Brand in more ways than one. The 27-year-old pop star has officially unfollowed her soon-to-be-ex-husband on Twitter.
According to Us Weekly, the "Fireworks" singer is trying to keep her contact with Brand, 36, to a minimum. "She's limiting those interactions," a source tells the mag. "He's being so atrocious that she feels like she never really knew him."
As of Jan. 20, Perry is still one of the 78 people Brand -- who filed for divorce from his wife of 14 months on Dec. 30 -- is following.
Perry has been keeping herself busy with work since the split was announced. She performed in Jakarta, Indonesia, on Thursday and shot an Adidas ad in Santa Barbara, Calif. recently.
"She doesn't want to look battered and have people for sorry for her," the source says. "She's very strong and confident."
Fortunately, Perry has a lot to be happy about. She took home the most awards out of anyone at the 38th People's Choice Awards on Jan. 11, despite canceling her scheduled appearance at the show.
"THANK U to every1 who voted for me for the @peopleschoice tonight! We won so many!" she tweeted after the show. "Now I need to get more books 2 successfully display them!"
