The real-life drama continues for actress Kelly Rutherford and her estranged husband, Daniel Giersch.
The couple has been involved in a bitter custody battle since splitting last year after two years of marriage, and now, Kelly has gotten a restraining order against her ex. The Gossip Girl star, 40, claims that her hubby has been harassing her, her mom and their nanny. Kelly says that Daniel follows them and "shows up unexpectedly to threaten and scare us."
The pair has two children together, Hermes, 2, and Helena, 3 months, who was born months after the couple ended their relationship.
A hearing is set for October 15.
