Kelsey Grammer's marriage to third wife Camille Donatacci-Grammer broke a lot of Hollywood rules. Not only did it last 13 years (nothing short of a miracle in show business), but Grammer, 55, apparently did not have a prenuptial agreement!
The couple, who split due to "irreconcilable differences," have a son and daughter together and are seeking joint legal and physical custody of their children. As for the couple's financial assets, the Frasier star -- who was earning $1.6 million an episode towards the end of that hit sitcom's run -- is attempting to have some of that income be declared as separate property, according to TMZ.com. You see, the pair married in 1997, four years into Frasier's 11-year run. But those remaining seven years would likely still be considered community property.
The prenup isn't the only thing that could get ugly in the pair's divorce, as the breakup first made headlines because of an alleged Father's Day rift (which Grammer called a "malicious" rumor) -- and the New York Daily News reported that Camille was reportedly joining the upcoming Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reality series, an idea that Grammer (starring in La Cage Aux Folles on Broadway) reportedly didn't like. Sounds like a regular East coast-West coast feud.
