Bad news for Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick, who have reportedly been swindled in Bernie Madoff's $50 billion Ponzi scheme.
"I can confirm that they had investments with Mr. Madoff - no further specifics or comment beyond that," The Bacon's rep, Allen Eichorn, told New York Magazine.
Reports have surfaced that the couple have lost everything, except for what was in their checking accounts and any land they own, but the rep says, "Please, let's not speculate or rely on hearsay."
Oy -- that doesn't sound very convincing.
Other celebs that have been victims of the crooked money manager are movie moguls Steven Spielberg and Jeffrey Katzenberg.
