Kevin Federline's Brother Claims He's the "True Father" of Britney Spears' Son Sean

The brother of Britney Spears' ex-husband claims they had an affair and the pop star stole from him

Britney Spears isn't finishing the year on a heartwarming note. The X Factor judge may have divorced Kevin Federline in 2006, but she's still dealing with the fallout of that marriage -- and now Kevin's older brother Christopher Federline is seeking a restraining order against his former sister-in-law and is calling Spears a "maniac."

According to RadarOnline, court documents filed in Dec. 18 show that Christopher wants a restraining order from the pop star because his brother's ex had allegedly stolen his credit card, made fun of his manhood and even threatened to go public with the fact that he is the real father of Spears' oldest son, 7-year-old Sean Preston.

In the papers, Christopher claims that Spears, 31, swiped his Capital One credit card after finding it on Kevin's coffee table while picking up Sean Preston and her younger son, 6-year-old Jayden James, in early December.

Christopher claims Britney then used his credit card to buy $4,569.02 worth of Archie and Betty Boop comics, as well as issues of Mad Magazine for the boys at an online comic book store. When Christopher disputed the charges, the owner told him Spears was a longtime customer and refused to issue a refund. Then when Christopher called his former sister-in-law to confront her, he claims she told him Kevin, 34, "ruined her life."

In the documents, Christopher says: "I do confess I slept with Britney, and I am the true father, but the public does not need to know."

A judge dismissed the case two days later, and neither Spears or Kevin Federline has commented on the filing or any of claims Christopher made.
