The marriage between Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian is almost official … finally.

According to TMZ, the two sides have orally decided on their prenup agreement. The couple was married three weeks ago in front of friends and family (and video cameras) in Bel Air, Calif.

The deal is expected to be official this week and the couple will file for their wedding license.

According to reports, Khloe won’t be able to get her hands on Lamar’s new four-year, $33 million contract that he signed with the Los Angeles Lakers prior to meeting Khloe in the offseason. But the 6'10" forward will give his new wife an annual lump sum, which won’t go up or down during their marriage, and access to a joint checking account.

In addition, Odom is on the hook to buy a new house that must cost at least a minimum of $5 million. Not included in the deal were season tickets to the Lakers for her family, which was rumored at one point.

With her hubby sidelined with a shin injury, Khloe made her first appearance at Staples Center Sunday night to watch the Lakers take on the Los Angeles Clippers in a preseason game.

This sounds like a win-win for Khloe. Not so much for Lamar. When did marriage go from two people spending the rest of their lives together to a business deal?

For Lamar’s sake, I hope these two crazy kids have a long and prosperous marriage.

Reggie Bush, let this be a warning to you. The Kardashian women don't mess around!
