Khloe Kardashian: Lamar & I "Have a Very Active Love Life"

The reality star dishes on how she and her hubby are trying to get pregnant and reveals why shooting lingerie ads with her sisters is "nerve-wracking"

Khloe Kardashian doesn't want to take the fun out of having a baby.

The 27-year-old reality star, who's married to Dallas Mavericks player Lamar Odom, tells the Associated Press that she and her hubby have decided against strategic efforts to get pregnant; instead, they're relying on their hopping sex life to get them the baby that they want.

"I was writing down my ovulation days, but it took the fun out of trying to get pregnant in my opinion and for Lamar, too. We were both like, 'OK, this is like, I don't want to be told, when (to have sex)'" she says. "Like it's too much and it's too strategic. It's supposed to be romantic, so I now stopped all of that. We're enjoying each other, we have a very active love life."

Though having a baby is something that both Kardashian and her husband want, it's also something that she feels the public expects from them. The second season of their reality show, Khloe and Lamar, premiered on Sunday and, of course, a baby on board would help amp up the drama. But Khloe isn't letting that decide when she and Lamar will take that next step. "When it's meant to be, it will be," she says.

That's not to see that plenty of drama hasn't followed the baby quest already. But Kardashian isn't letting any of that phase her.

"I think we got married so fast, I think people expected us to have a baby. Now people want to spin it to make it seem like it's something bigger, like I'm doing all of these fertility treatments or I can't carry a baby or whatever the case may be. It doesn't offend me and it doesn't bother me," Kadashian says.

The second season of Khloe and Lamar will focus on the couple's move to Texas and all the baggage -- literal and emotional -- that comes with it. It's a big change, but Kardashian has also seen some big changes on her sisters' show Kourtney and Kim Take New York. It's no secret that Kardashian Odom is not a fan of Kourtney's longtime boyfriend Scott Disick, but even she can admit that he seems to have redeemed himself in this past season.

"I've definitely noticed a change and he's trying. He's a great dad," she says. "I've definitely noticed a growth in him."

Another big change in Khloe's life is the launch of her Kardashian Kollection clothing line with sisters Kim, 31, and Kourtney, 32. It turns out that the recent experience of shooting swimsuit and lingerie adds with her sisters made Khloe a little self-conscious.

"It's a little nerve-wracking being next to Kourtney and Kim... in lingerie or a bikini," she admits to People, alluding to her sisters' shorter, slimmer body types. "But that's the blessing of having a line that's designed by three very different body-shaped women."

Judging by the previous lingerie and jeans campaigns Khloe and her sisters shot for the Kardashian Kollection, she has nothing to worry about whatsoever.
