There's a time and place for schoolgirl outfits, but we're not sure the X Factor season finale -- where Khloe Kardashian Odom debuted this number in L.A. on Dec. 19 -- is the right one! While we love the reality star's fun and flirty style (and those neon pumps!), her baggy blouse and pleated skirt get a failing grade this time.
