Kiefer Sutherland Makes Headway in Headbutt Case

It looks like everything is going to blow over in the Kiefer Sutherland headbutting incident.

"I am sorry about what happened that night and sincerely regret that Mr. McCollough was injured," Kiefer said in a joint statement released to the Associated Press. "I appreciate Mr. Sutherland's statement and wish him well," Fashion Designer Jack McCullough, who was the victim of Kiefer's wrath, said in the statement.

Now that the apologies have been made, a Manhattan District Attorney will ask the judge that the Kiefer's assault case be dropped. Since the actor is already on probation in connection with his two DUI arrests, it would be pretty beneficial for him to just make nice from now on.

Let's see how long he can do that for.
