Kiefer Sutherland Turns Himself In

Kiefer Sutherland was formally charged with misdemeanor assault Thursday, for getting all crazy and headbutting some dude at a NYC party earlier in the week.
The actor turned himself in at 4pm, was photographed and fingerprinted, and out in about two hours. He was accompanied by his lawyer.
He is expected to appear in court within a month could have to pay a fine of as much as $1,000, and/or up to a year in jail.
Cops are still looking into whether or not Kiefer violated his probation when he noggin-knocked Jack McCullough.
One would think so, no?
