Kiefer's Rep Says He's Not at Fault for the Headbutt

I'm not sure how Kiefer Sutherland deciding to bang his head into another person's nose is not the actor's fault, but that's what his peeps would like us to believe.
"We are troubled by the untruthful and self-serving information circulating regarding Kiefer Sutherland and events of last Monday evening," his rep told Usmagazine.com in a statement. "We are confident, however, that the investigation being conducted by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office and the NYPD will confirm that Kiefer Sutherland was neither the instigator nor a wrongdoer in this incident. Out of respect for this law enforcement process, Kiefer Sutherland will not be making any comment."
Jack Bauer was formally charged with misdemeanor assault last week, after getting into a scuffle with designer Jack McCullough -- and reportedly breaking his nose -- at a party in New York.
Can't wait to see how he gets himself out of this one.
