Shot by cutting-edge fashion photographer Nick Knight for the French magazine L'Officiel Hommes, the photos show the pregnant reality star and her rapper boyfriend in a series of steamy clinches. In one of the black-and-white pics, Kim covers Kanye's eyes with her hand while caressing his lips. In another, a topless Kim throws her arms around a topless Kanye. And in case those were too subtle for you, one of the pictures literally shows Kanye grabbing Kim's bare breast. So much for that privacy vow!
What's interesting is that most celebs try to appear more wholesome when they're expectant parents. Nothing revamps a woman's image like a baby bump, and stars from Angelina Jolie to Denise Richards have used motherhood as an opportunity to soften their edges and become more relatable.
Why, then, is Kim going so far in the opposite direction? Sexy pregnant photos aren't that unusual these days, but this photo spread makes Demi Moore's Vanity Fair cover look downright wholesome. Maybe Kim is trying to prove that she can be a mom and a sex symbol at the same time? Or maybe it has more to do with Kanye; in the absence of a wedding ring (which she can't legally accept until her divorce from Kris Humphries goes through), perhaps Kim is trying to show us all how much she really, really loves him. (By letting him grab her boob in a magazine. Which, ew.)
Then again, maybe she's just trying to attract attention -- which is, after all, what Kim Kardashian does best. We just wonder if she ever thinks more than six months ahead. Because explaining these photos to their future teenage daughter is going to be reaaally interesting.
