Kim Kardashian has never been shy about loving Justin Bieber (she announced on her website that an Elle photoshoot they did together was one of her top memories of 2010). And she's also not shy about playing matchmaker to her 15-year-old sister. While at the VH1 Do Something! Awards in Hollywood on Aug. 15., Kim tweeted, "At awards w @JustinBieber! Just met his friend, wonder if that's who he wants 2 set Kendall up w LOL."
