First Comes Baby, Then Comes House for Kim & Kanye

It's the news of the new year: Hollywood royalty Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are shacking up in a 9,000-square-foot soon-to-be-renovated Bel-Air mansion to raise their baby-to-be

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West purchased this 9,000-square-foot Bel-Air mansion for a cool $10.75 million. TMZ reports that the couple are planning to renovate the entire home to include an additional 4,000 square feet as well as a home theater, full hair and makeup salons, a bowling alley and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. We're only assuming the couple will have matching walk-in closets that rival the size of our Manhattan apartments. Where else would they keep their Louis Vuittons?

Kimye will renovate the kitchen, which already opens up to the spacious backyard. Maybe this is where the couple is adding the additional 4,000 feet -- the kitchen has to be large enough to feed the entire Kardashian Klan!

The living room already flaunts a fireplace, cathedral-tall ceilings, walnut parquet floors and plenty of light.

Like the kitchen, the dining room opens to the backyard and will be remodled to fit the growing family.

The mansion, which was built in 2010, boasts five bedrooms. Maybe this could be a spacious nursery for the Kimye babe?

The extravagant marble tub is large enough for the future parents and plenty of children!

A bedroom balcony overlooks the three-quarter acre lawn, large pool and rolling Hollywood hills.

The renovated home will include both an indoor and outdoor pool and plenty of privacy -- the lot is at the dead-end off of the main road. However, the couple will not be living in luxury alone! Famous neighbors include Jennifer Aniston, Chris Paul and Kardashian family-friend Joe Francis.
