The newest Kardashian mom-to-be clearly isn't going to let pregnancy cramp her style. In a skintight skirt and see-through blouse, newly-pregnant Kim K hit the red carpet at the annual ICED Festival at the Cowboys Dance Hall in Canada on January 4.
