After season 12 of Dancing With the Stars ended, runner-up Kirstie Alley, who was beat out by football player Hines Ward, kept on dancing. She may not have taken home the mirror-ball trophy, but she did find a workout that she loved and a really fun way to lose weight. By this summer, the actress had dropped 100 lbs. thanks to complementing her dance sessions with an organic diet. "I feel back to normal," Alley, now a size 6, told People. "I have my game again." Setting weight loss goals for yourself and achieving them can be an exhilarating experience. But don't stop once you reach your goal! Maintain your new and improved weight with a modified version of your routine, perhaps dancing twice a week instead of every other day.
