There are two simple ways to enhance your mouth's ability to increase sensation for your partner during kissing: training and awareness.
As I've been pointing out these past two lessons, the thing that invariably gets our motors running is great kissing. When both giving and receiving, that kissing need not be restricted to one's lips above the belt. If we understand that our skin is our largest sexual organ and that our mouth is one of our more sensitive, it's easy to see why that can add up to lots of new uncharted and unexplored territory.
With that in mind, rediscover your partner's entire body using only your mouth. Chances are you will discover some stuff that neither of you knew you had
To introduce something new in the kissing category, consider the following exercises:
Temperature Tricks: Are you someone who loves hot drinks? Or perhaps a bracingly chilled Pinot Grigio is your style? Whatever your choice of beverage, use that to your advantage the next time your mouth comes in contact with any area of your partner's body. You know how holding a warm mug warms up your hand? Well, before your next kiss, do the same with your lips. It's best to start with hot tea, as some men don't like coffee breath. You can do the same with a chilled beverage.
The Champagne Exchange: This is a combination of effervescence, chilled liquid and a whole different way of connecting with your lips. The fun part is that it can be done in public as well as privately. It will be a slightly more obvious PDA (public display of affection), but no one need know but the two of you what is going on, and that is part of the fun. One of you takes a slow sip from the champagne flute then kisses the other. That is where the sensations start. The receiver's responsibility (let's say it's your partner) is to gently suck the champagne from your mouth. You can facilitate this by curling your tongue into a tube once the kiss has begun, so he is sucking on the entire end of your tongue to get the champagne. Repeat as you see fit!

Product Testing: MidNite Fire is a line of lubricant that not only tastes great but has the property of getting warm when you rub it, and warmer still when you blow on it. (FYI: It's the carbon monoxide in your breath that causes the heat.) Some women have reported using it as a late-night lip gloss while they "apply" it to their partner. Others, knowing how visual men are, have put it into their mouths and then "applied" it by leaning over his genitals and letting a thin, slow stream of the lubricant flow onto him as he watches.
You can gather different training ideas and experimental edibles from the foods you eat and drink on a daily basis. Instead of just munching away, observe which textures, tastes and sensations you enjoy. Do you prefer savory to sweet? Sweet to sour? What does your partner most enjoy? I know one woman who swears by crè¥ brulee as the most erotic food. Thick, rich, creamy, crispy, butterscotch ... need I say more?
