Considering all the hoopla that surrounds the Kardashian sisters, a casual tweet from Kourtney Kardashian would have been an uncharacteristically low-key way to announce the birth of her second child.
But that's exactly what it seemed like she'd done when the pregnant 33-year-old (who already has a sun Mason with boyfriend Scott Disick) posted the following tweet Thursday night: "Chick-fil-A and a water birth. No big deal."
Uhh, what? The tweet sparked thousands of congratulatory responses from Kardashian's Twitter followers, who (understandably) assumed she'd given birth to the baby girl she's expecting.
Turns out, however, that what Kourtney actually meant was that she'd seen someone else deliver via water birth. "Witnessed a water birth last night with @KhloeKardashian," Kardashian clarified in a tweet on Thursday. "What an experience! All I can say is WOW!"
Khloe Kardashian also took to Twitter to talk about their strange experience. "Water birth and some chick-fil-a.... Pretty standard night," she tweeted jokingly. In response to her older sister's Twitter message, she replied, "Kourt you so crazy." Maybe she knew the media firestorm that would begin after that single tweet!
Now we're just curious about how -- and why -- the sisters witnessed a water birth. Please tell us it didn't happen in the Chick-Fil-A!
