Kourtney Kardashian Sued by Kids' Clothing Store

The reality star allegedly owes less than $2,500 -- So why won't she pay up?

With a new baby, a reality series and an unpredictable boyfriend, Kourtney Kardashian has plenty to keep up with! But is the new mom slacking on her bill-paying? So says kids clothing company Flowers by Zoe, which is suing Kardashian and her now-closed boutique Smooch, claiming the E! star owes them cash.

We're not talking millions here -- the total is a mere $2,331.23 (pennies for the likes of the Kardashians). But the clothing store claims that the oldest Kardashian sister has yet to pay up for the merchandise.

The case was filed in small claims court and a hearing is set for January 2011.

The Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami star ran Smooch with her mom, Kris Jenner, for six years before closing its doors in 2009 to get ready for the birth of her son.

"I used to work in the store all day, every day, stay hours after closing and was obsessed with it," Kourtney wrote on her blog at the time. "Smooch was my baby! After thinking about it long and hard, we have decided to close Smooch...It is just not the same without me and my mom there to run it."
