Can 21 years of marriage be undone by a single game of golf? On Sunday's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Bruce and Kris Jenner's relationship showed signs of strain, as Bruce went out golfing with another woman -- and Kris sought revenge with a date of her own.
The cracks began to show when Bruce, 62, arranged to play golf with supermodel Angie Everhart, 42. Kris, 56, didn't approve of the golf outing, but since healthy communication is the enemy of reality TV, she didn't share these feelings with her husband. Rather, she enlisted daughter Kim to help spy on the "date." And even though we didn't notice any sparks flying between Angie and Bruce (watch the clip below), Kris seemed rattled by all their talk of putting and swinging.
"I've never really been around Bruce when I feel like he's had chemistry with somebody else," Kris complained. "After 21 years of marriage, I don't think I was prepared to see what I did when I came out here."
Suddenly, Kris began openly questioning her marriage, telling friends that there might be "another chapter" for her without Bruce. Even worse, she decided to go on a date of her own... with Todd Waterman, the man she cheated with while married to Robert Kardashian. That's right: Bruce went golfing with another woman, so Kris decided to reunite with the guy who ruined her last marriage. What could possibly go wrong?
The episode ended with a cliffhanger, leaving fans wondering whether Kris and Bruce's long marriage is really and truly on the rocks. Are they playing up their infidelity worries for the cameras -- or is the onscreen drama just the tip of the iceberg? Either way, Kris' date with Todd, which we'll see on next week's episode, seems destined to end up in the Bad Ideas Hall of Fame.
