Even if you know nothing else about Kristen Stewart's upcoming punk rock biopic The Runaways, you've probably heard that the 19-year-old Twilight actress locks lips with 16-year-old costar Dakota Fanning. Shooting smooching scenes (same sex or otherwise) are notoriously awkward -- but apparently, Stewart had no problem locking lips with her new pal Fanning.
"It was cool. I didn't mind it," Stewart told the press during a promotional event Wednesday. "The way that it happens in the script is so just a sort of moment in time and fun and natural and sort of impulsive." (Fanning agreed, calling the kiss "just another thing.")
But when the topic of costar and rumored boyfriend Robert Pattinson came up, Stewart's lips were zipped. "I don't know," she responded when asked whether Fanning or Pattinson was the better kisser. (Clearly not true -- in fact, she's probably the only person on the planet who does know!)
We're starting to think that Pattinson, 23, swears his costars to secrecy: Earlier this week, his Remember Me love interest Emilie de Ravin refused to answer our question about the heartthrob's kissing prowess.
