Kristen Wiig and Maya Rudolph costar in the new comedy Bridesmaids (which hits theaters May 13), and both funny ladies admit they haven't always been the ideal real-life bridesmaids in the past.
Wiig, 37, was happy to stand up for one friend -- she just wasn't happy about the dress she had to wear while doing it! "I did have an ugly one, but I can't describe it because she'll know what I'm talking about," the Saturday Night Live star tells iVillage exclusively. "It was so bad that I didn't even give it away. I threw it in the trash."
For Wiig's former SNL castmate Rudolph, 38, it was her pal's bachelorette party that caused some drama. "We were supposed to go to Mexico, and the bride-to-be got really sick...and the doctors would not let her fly," explains the pregnant actress (who's expecting her third child with director Paul Thomas Anderson). "Everything had already been paid for, so we all went without her. We just had a good time in Mexico -- sorry!"
